Environmental Commissioner of Ontario to release third annual energy conservation report

The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario will release Volume One of his third annual energy conservation report. This year’s report focuses on the government's progress on the conservation promises of the Green Energy Act in the three years since the Act became law.
